About the event
The Second Annual Central Texas Black Authors Gala, Celebrates and Honors the Black Literary Voices of Central Texas. This year's honorees are Crystal Darks, Darnell Virginia and Jenise Knotts. Join us and Walk the Red Carpet as we give these Powerhouse, Trailblazing Black Authors their flowers. We will hear Live Excerpts from their works, Live Poetry by Author AmberElizabeth Addison-Scott and Live Music. We'll also have vendors and a cash bar. Saturday, September 2nd, 2023. Doors Open at 5:15pm. Event begins at 5:30pm.
