The Adventures of Cairo series was created to give Black boys joyful, positive representation while inviting all young readers to join Cairo on his real-life and imagined adventures. Told through the eyes of Cairo, a vibrant and curious young boy, each story encourages children to learn, explore, and build reading confidence. The series supports both early and advanced literacy while celebrating imagination, discovery, and the importance of seeing yourself in the story.
